| Mike & Dana Greider |
Pastor Greider grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and attended Ohio State University. He later transferred and graduated
from Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas. Upon graduation he worked for the Bell and Howell Education Group in regional
sales management. He was given an opportunity to serve at his denominational headquarters in southern California in developing
a youth education program for Worldwide Church of God (Grace Communion International). He then served as the associate
pastor of a large congregation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Seven years later he and his family moved to West Virginia. Today
Mike lives in Kenova, West Virginia, with his wife Dana of 30 years and a daughter, Michelle, age 15. His son, Daniel, and
his wife, Amelia, live in Huntington, West Virginia. His son, David, and his wife, Teresa, live in Southern California. Pastor Mike Greider currently serves as the senior pastor at the Rock of Grace Church
in Huntington, West Virginia. He has served this congregation since 1987. He also serves as the senior pastor of Grace Community
Church in St. Albans. Both congregations are affiliated with Grace Communion International.
In 1998 Pastor Mike felt a call to unite pastors in the community of Huntington. That eventually
grew in what has now become Mission Tri-State. Mission Tri-State is a group of about 20 pastors from across the Greater Huntington
and Ashland area who are working together for community transformation. Mission Tri-State hosts regular pastors' prayer
meetings along with a weekly multi-denominational intercessors meeting. These pastors pray for community leaders on a regular
schedule. They also host multi-church Celebration of Unity services four times a year. Currently Mission Tri-State is partnering with the Weed and Seed Program of the Huntington Police Department in launching
the REACH Initiative. This is a communitywide cooperative effort in dealing with the crises of drug addiction.
